  • 1 ½ cup calcium-fortified orange juice
  • ½ cup canned peaches in light syrup
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 4-5ice cubes


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender container.
  2. Cover tightly with lid. Blend until pureed. Serve.

Since this recipe uses fruit canned in light syrup, no extra sugar is added. You can lower the sugar content further by using fruit canned in juice or frozen fruit.
