UGA EFNEP is delivered through the College of Family and Consumer Sciences and UGA Cooperative Extension. Programming is delivered on a local level through county extension offices. The state office is located in Athens, GA and provides programmatic oversight and support to the EFNEP staff at the county level in local county extension offices. The state office is located in the Hoke Smith Annex building on the University of Georgia campus.
