Curly Noodles Supreme

  • 1/2 pound of ground turkey
  • 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, no salt added
  • 15 oz can of corn, no salt aded, drained
  • 1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 package of ramen noodles


  1. 1. Brown ground turkey in large skillet.
  2. 2. Drain off grease into empty container.
  3. 3. Add can of tomatoes with juice to skillet.
  4. 4. Add drained corn to skillet.
  5. 5. Add Italian seasoning and pepper to skillet.
  6. 6. Crumble package of ramen noodles. Remove seasoning packet. Add noodles to skillet.
  7. 7. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until noodles are tender and the liquid is absorbed.

This meal is a simple way to make a common dish healthier. Instead of serving just the noodles alone, our recipe has added protein and vegetables. It’s even better if you serve it with a glass of milk and a dish of fruit.

You can use any meat in the recipe, like ground beef, cooked or canned chicken or tuna. Always go lean with protein!

Help yourself! You can brown extra ground meat and freeze the rest for another time so it’s ready when you are. Label it so you don’t forget when you put it in the freezer! Remember first in, first out!
