Helpful Tips!

Fried rice is a great way to use up leftover cooked meat, and it keeps you on track with your food budget by stretching a small amount of meat into four servings.

Instant rice is great to keep on hand. But if you want to save money and time, buy a bag of rice and cook enough for several meals. Store it in the refrigerator and use it in 2-3 days, or freeze it for 6 months.
