Peach Crumble

  • 3 sheets of graham crackers
  • 1 Tbsp of margarine
  • 15 oz can of peaches in light syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups of low-fat vanilla yogurt


  1. 1. Place graham crackers in a zip-top plastic bag or between two pieces of foil and crumble, using the unopened can of peaches as a rolling pin.
  2. 2. Melt margarine in skillet.
  3. 3. Add graham cracker crumbles to melted margarine and stir to mix.
  4. 4. Remove graham cracker mix from skillet and set aside.
  5. 5. Open can of peaches and drain off liquid.
  6. 6. Heat peaches until warm, 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7. Pour yogurt into bowl.
  8. 8. Top yogurt with warm peaches.
  9. 9. Top peaches with graham cracker crumbles and serve.

Plain low-fat yogurt can also be used, just add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Plain yogurt is a good money-saving option since you can use it in several other recipes!
