• 1/2 pound of ground turkey
  • 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, no salt added
  • 15 oz can of corn, no salt aded, drained
  • 1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 package of ramen noodles


  1. Using spatula, crumble ground turkey in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes and crumble ground turkey. Microwave another 2 minutes and stir again, breaking up larger pieces of turkey. Continue microwaving for 1-minute intervals until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. Once turkey is fully cooked, drain off grease into an empty container.
  4. Crumble Ramen noodles. Open package and dispose of seasoning packet. Add noodles to turkey mixture and stir.
  5. Add tomatoes with liquid, drained corn, Italian seasoning, and pepper to turkey.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 3 minutes.
  7. Remove plastic wrap, stir and microwave 3 more minutes uncovered.
  8. Cook for 1 minute intervals until noodles are tender, approximately for 1-3 more minutes.
