• 3 sheets of graham crackers
  • 1 Tbsp of margarine
  • 15 oz can of peaches in light syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups of low-fat vanilla yogurt


  1. Place graham crackers in a zip-top plastic bag or between two pieces of foil and crumble, using the unopened can of peaches as a rolling pin.
  2. Melt margarine at half power in the microwave, about 20 seconds.
  3. Add graham cracker crumbles to melted margarine and stir to mix. After throughly mixed, set aside.
  4. Open can of peaches and drain off liquid.
  5. Heat peaches in microwave-safe bowl, about 1 minute. Check to be sure peaches are not too hot before serving to children.
  6. Pour yogurt into a new bowl.
  7. Top yogurt with warm peaches.
  8. Top peaches with graham cracker crumbles and serve.
