In a medium microwave safe bowl add ground turkey. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and heat again for 3 minutes. Stir and heat for 2 additional minutes
Remove from microwave and drain liquid from the turkey.
In a large microwave safe bowl add chopped squash, zucchini, and green pepper. Cover and Heat for 3 minutes. Stir and heat another 3 minutes. Vegetables should be slightly soft.
Add whole can of stewed tomatoes, and pepper. Add meat back in and mix well.
Heat for 2 minutes. Stir and heat again for 2 minutes. Vegetables should be soft and mixture will be very hot. Let sit in microwave for 2 minutes before serving.
